16th Annual 2013 Bethesda Row Arts Festival
Saturday, October 19th – 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday, October 20th – 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Admission is FREE.
The outdoor event is held rain or shine on Bethesda Row located on Woodmont and Bethesda Avenues, Elm Street. The festival is near the Bethesda Metro station.
