The 19th Annual Bethesda Row Arts Festival offers an outdoor gallery displaying the works of more than 190 juried museum-quality artists. The streets of Bethesda Row transform into an outdoor art gallery. Art collectors and lovers will find one of a kind top quality art. Glass artist Syl Mathis is a featured artist and he will be showing his mixed media sculpture – in Booth #5W.
