4608: Fun Friday!

Fun Friday is a monthly(ish) afternoon class with fun focused projects that are great for adults and older kids alike. 

October: Pumpkins
Want to make a beautiful or spooky jack-o’-lantern – without scooping out icky pumpkin guts? This fun class lets you get all Halloween-y with a classic jack-o-lantern pattern that lets you Light it up! This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced students.

November: Votives
Create a beautiful and colorful fused glass votive holder in this Fun Friday class at Washington Glass School! You will learn how to safely cut and assemble flat glass and have multiple styles and colors of glass to use in your project. We will then talk about the use of the draping method in the kiln to complete your piece. Your votive candle holder is perfect for inside or outside and it gives any space a warm and romantical glow. (Sigh) Get your boo and do this Art & Chill workshop! No experience necessary.

December: Ornaments
Ho-Ho-Ho! Deck the halls! (Or your windows!) Make an ornament or sun catcher, such as a holiday tree, snowman, dreidel, or anything wintery you can think of! This class is perfect for beginners to kiln formed glass. Each student will use instructor-supplied materials to make a colorful holiday ornament! This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced students.
