Evan Morgan was born and raised in Hawaii and received a BFA in sculpture from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in 2006. Part of a glass blowing family, by sixteen he was helping to build glass shops on the outer Hawaiian Islands with his stepfather Hugh Jenkins. Evan continued glassblowing through high school, exhibiting in Hawaiian Craftsman by 1999. He is currently developing a warm glass studio at MICA and is the Resident Artist at the Washington Glass School.
